" My sister Sharon had been telling me about organic milk & eggs for years (blah, blah, blah).  Then I read, Do You Know What You Don't Know...About Women's Health Issues, and learned all about the connection between breast and ovarian cancer and excess estrogen. The author said the easiest things to do were to cut out foods that were likely to be estrogen laden, like milk & eggs. We switched immediately to organic everything.

That following winter no one in our house (husband, two children and me) caught as much as a cold. We had zero missed days of school and work. I don’t know for sure it was the switch but I suspect that it had a lot to do with it. "
