I have been involved in the green movement for almost 20 years. Each of us has his or her own way to live a little greener every day. Your Greenest Hour is about YOU, the millions of clever people who have found simple, sane ways of eliminating trash from their lives and the earth. This is a place where you can share your stories with others. And, if you need to reveal your "less than green" sins, post them in The Un-Green Confessional.

My painless Green tip is eliminating paper towels. I keep a basket of 50 or so dishcloths in my kitchen and use them instead of paper towels.
Just doing my part to save Canada's Boreal Forest.

I do the same. I have a million rags (old tees and shirts) and old dish towels for housecleaning. I haven't yet moved over to non-toxic, eco-friendly cleaning products - so I guess this is becoming more of a confession!
